What does an eight-year-old boy and his pigeon, have in common with a forty-five year old man and his wolfdog? At first glance nothing, however… the pigeon became a lesson and the wolfdog his life. Lex Paleaux is an author and writer of screenplays for tv and theater. He got renowned after the release of his debute novel called ‘Winterwater’. In 2024 it will come to life in a national theater production. His latest work is called ‘When death sighs, I hold my breath’, a story about eight children in a psychiatric ward in the early 90’s. TED Talks zijn voordrachten van maximaal 18 minuten en behoren tot de meest bekeken video’s op YouTube. Lex Paleaux (1977) is een Haarlemse auteur van Friese komaf. Hij is de auteur van de boeken ‘Winterwater’, ‘Het leven is een circus’ en ‘Vlo’. Onlangs verscheen zijn vierde roman ‘Als de dood zucht’.
